Cleaning Instructions:

DAILY CLEANING

As with any other urinal, ZeroFlush® urinals should be cleaned daily. The ZeroFlush® urinals are designed with the maintenance person in mind. Cleaning is very quick and easy. NO scrubbing with detergents is required or the use of odour masking devices or chemicals. Simply remove debris from urinal surface, spray ZeroFlush? cleaner or any non-abrasive spray cleaner to the inside and outside of the urinal bowl and wipe clean with a soft cloth, Joni-mop or paper towel. That¡¦s all!

No water flushing is required!
No Urinal cakes or screens!

Routine Maintenance

After approximately 15,000 uses simple Routine maintenance should be performed. Maintenance Consist of replacing the ZeroFlush® odour Barrier fluid, drain insert and giving the system a quick water and cleaner rinse. Frequency obviously depends upon how heavily the urinals are used. Here¡¦s how it¡¦s done

NO NEED TO ADD ODOUR BARRIER BETWEEN CLEANING CYCLES.!

Changing the odour barrier fluid is simple. Remove the drain insert with the tool provided. You¡¦ll notice the remaining odour barrier fluid and any urine remaining inside the waste trap will automatically flush away down the waste pipe. Rinse the waste line with some water and cleaner. Replace the drain insert into the waste trap. Pour in 1 litre of water followed by one 30ml. container of ZeroFlush® odour barrier fluid through the drain insert and the urinal is ready for use. At no time will the person replacing the odour barrier fluid come in contact with urine.

Because there are no cartridges or parts to replace, the cleaning and maintenance process is quick and easy.
